As one of the largest clubs on campus, it takes one big team to facilitate the club and team. Each role on the executive board plays a critical role in the growth and sustainability of the club & team. We are also one of very few club that allow freshman to be an officer on the exec. board. We promote gaining leadership early in college to help students gain real world experience by working as a team, managing sailors & other officers, delegating & coordinating and handling finances.

 

Elections are held at the end of each semester with only 1/2 of the total number of office positions. This reduces the risk of the club not properly handed off to the next academic class and allows existing officers to train new officers before their position goes up for reelection.
